About Our Service
Is The Smile Network a dental office or clinic?
No. The Smile Network is not a dental office, clinic, or medical practice of any kind. We do not provide dental examinations, diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical advice. Our role is to provide a clear, organized inquiry experience that helps you start exploring dental care information — comfortably and without pressure.
What happens after I submit the inquiry form?
Once submitted, our team reviews your inquiry and prepares follow-up relevant to your dental care topic. Based on your selected communication preferences, you may receive a reply via email or SMS. You'll receive a confirmation acknowledging your information was received. If you didn't opt into marketing messages, you will not receive promotional content.
Is there any cost to submit an inquiry?
There is no charge. Our service is completely free to use. There is never any obligation to purchase anything or take any action based on the information we provide. Your inquiry is simply a starting point for gathering information — nothing more unless you choose otherwise.
Can I submit on behalf of a family member?
Yes, you may submit on behalf of a household member when you have their permission and can provide accurate contact information. Please do not submit sensitive medical records, insurance details, or personal health data through the form.
What dental topics can I ask about?
We cover nine categories: preventive and routine care, cosmetic dentistry, restorative services, dental implants, dentures and partials, family and pediatric dentistry, orthodontic awareness, urgent dental situations, and general questions. If you're unsure which fits, just describe your situation in plain words.
SMS & Text Messages
Do I have to sign up for text messages?
Absolutely not. Providing a mobile number is optional and SMS consent is never required to submit an inquiry or receive service. All SMS opt-in options are clearly labeled and completely voluntary. You may submit using only your name and email if you prefer.
What's the difference between general notifications and marketing messages?
General account notifications are limited to communication directly related to your submitted inquiry — confirmations, updates, and follow-up. Marketing messages may include promotional dental-related content. These are always on a completely separate opt-in checkbox. Checking one does not enroll you in the other — ever.
How do I stop receiving text messages?
Reply STOP to any message from The Smile Network. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@thesmilenet.com. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Message frequency varies. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
Will my phone number be shared with other companies?
No. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your phone number — with third-party marketers. See our full Privacy Policy for complete details.
Privacy & Your Information
What information do you collect?
Only what you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), a description of your dental care inquiry, and your SMS consent selections if you choose to provide them. We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and general site usage data to help us maintain and improve the website.
Do you sell personal information?
No. We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share SMS opt-in data or mobile consent records with third-party marketers or marketing affiliates. This is a firm commitment. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
